Care at Hospice
At times, you may need round the clock care that can be provided on the In Patient Unit.
Jacksons Group has committed to support Jersey Hospice Care by making a donation for every vehicle they sell from July 2022 onwards.
There is a further opportunity for each donation to be value matched by customers, and this will create a significant and sustainable contribution - all of which goes directly towards the provision of specialist support for those with life limiting illnesses in the community.
Jacksons Group in Jersey, incorporating Motor Mall, is delighted to have raised £5,725.00 within a month of launching its new fundraising campaign to help support Jersey Hospice Care.
Andrew Searle, General Manager, said, “We have had a great response to our campaign so far. Every penny will go directly towards supporting islanders and their families.”
Explaining why supporting Jersey Hospice Care is so important, Andrew said, “The work that Hospice does is incredible. The support they provide and the dedication of the amazing teams is truly exceptional.”
“Rather than a one-off donation, we wanted to do something that was sustainable, to help in their annual challenge to raise the significant funds needed to maintain their essential services.”
The team at Jacksons Group and Motor Mall want to thank their amazing customers who have helped them raise more than £100K enough to pay two nurses’ salaries for a whole year at Jersey Hospice Care.
To date (end of September 2023) the fundraising drive has raised a whopping £10,6675.00 over twice the original target.
General Manager of Jacksons Channel Islands, Andrew Searle is overjoyed with the success of the campaign so far, “We are absolutely thrilled with the amount raised to date. We have smashed our original target of £50,000. We have had incredible support from our amazing customers and every penny we have raised so far will go directly towards supporting islanders and their families.”
