Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Bank Physiotherapist to join our Therapy team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for palliative care patients under the care of Jersey Hospice Care.
The post holder will be responsible for managing their own case load. They will work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of individualised therapeutic treatments, working towards patient centred goals, enabling people with progressive life limiting illness to live as independently as possible. They will also be working closely with the Senior Nurse on the In-Patient Unit and the Specialist Palliative Care Team in the community, to deliver the Rehabilitative Palliative Care Agenda and other key service development projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Physiotherapist who is familiar with working in a health care setting with people with palliative care needs or complex medical conditions and be a member of the Chartered Physiotherapists.
