Debbie Patrick

Debbie joined Jersey Hospice Care in January 2019, following more than 40 years’ of working in the Finance Industry and more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in operational, senior management, and leadership roles.
Debbie moved from the UK to Jersey at the end of 1995, to set up a personnel department on the island for a major high street bank. Over her long finance career, she gained an in-depth and wide range of professional and specialist HR skills, knowledge, and experience - specifically in HR Strategy, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Organisational and Change Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions across Global Jurisdictions.
Debbie is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered Management Institute, and the British Psychological Society.
